Re-scheduled Spring 2021 8-Week Session:- Junior Tennis Lessons
With the planned lifting of restrictions our new junior member coaching term will commence on the weekend of Friday 30th April 2021. Lessons will take place again on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This is an eight week term which will take place mainly during the months May and June.
Children who had previously signed up for the Spring coaching term which was due to start in January 2021 will be automatically included in this term.
All coaching sessions will be carried out in accordance with Tennis Ireland Covid-19 guidelines.
Coaching programme will start on Friday 30th April 2021 and lessons will take place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as per last term.
Squad sessions will commence on Saturday 1st May from 3-5pm.
Each group’s coaching day and time are listed on the booking form.
Cost for 8 week term (one hour lessons):- €55 for first child, €45 for second child and €35 for third child.
Cost for Squads:- €95 for full 8 weeks, €75 for 2nd child, €55 for half term (4 weeks). Please note that these sessions are for yellow ball players and places are limited. For new players interested in joining this group please contact Mike (087 9376166) for assessement.
Discounts apply to 2nd and 3rd children from the one family for all lessons and full-term squad sessions.

Head Coach :- Mike Galvin
Mike Galvin is our Tennis Ireland Head Coach.
A member of CIAC since 1990 his playing career contains many milestones including Recent Winter League success (pictured above) Numerous South of Ireland Titles, Limerick Open Titles, Nenagh and Tipperary County Titles. Most members will know and respect him from Ladder, Club Championships and all the CIAC events we run. He is a loyal supporter of our club
What many newer members will not know is that Mike is a Tennis Ireland coach who coached for 5 years in the CIAC between 2007 and 2012 while continuing his career in Killaloe/Ballina.
